To confirm your reservation, it's very simple: a pre-payment of the stay must be paid by Relais & Châteaux gift e-certificates that you can buy on https://www.relaischateaux.com/us/gift/certificates/gift-certificates (a payment by gift e-certificates allows you to enjoy a complimentary upgrade to a superior room category, if there is availability upon your arrival!), by bank transfer preferably, or by credit card (Mastercard, Visa or American Express).
The balance of your booking, the Seychelles environmental tax of € 2.00 per night and per person and the extras consumed are to be settled at the hotel by credit card or in cash.
Early departure (before 07h00) require check-out to be done on the eve.
For a less than 3 night booking, a prepayment equal to the total cost of the reservation is
required at booking time.

The rooms displayed on the pictures of our brochure and website may differ from the ones
that are booked and may not be identical to the room where you will be accommodated.

You can postpone your stay once or transfer it to whomever you want.
We simply request you to kindly inform us one month prior if you would like to postpone your stay.
Fees for postponement :

2nd postponement of your stay = the price of 1 night of your stay
In regards to unfortunate situation like a serious illness or death, please contact us directly with
presentation of a certified document and we will review your request.
In any case, the amount of one night will be charged
It is a condition of travel that guests must have insurance cancellation/curtailment, medical expenses, default and baggage loss.
Please note that Le Chateau de Feuilles cannot be held responsible for any costs incurred by any airline delays or cancellation.
Any stay started is due automatically.
For a minimum 4 night stay confirmed directly with the hotel, for room categories Junior Suite, Suite and Villa, and totally paid by credit card or bank transfer, a free rental car is offered throughout your stay.
Due to insurance and legal reasons the rental contract
must be issued must be issued on your name.
Therefore you will have to pay the rental cost directly
to the car rental company and then the amount that you
will have paid for the rental ( excluding fuel and insurance ) will be refunded by deduction from your final bill when you leave the hotel (please do not forget to bring your driving licence)..
The car is delivered at the hotel only, after check-in,
from 12:00 pm on the arrival day.
The car must be returned at the hotel at check out time,
date of departure indicated on your confirmation of
booking, at 10:00am latest.
If you do not use the car, no discount, exchange or
refund is possible.
In case of day room / late check out, the rental of the
car for that day will be at your charge.
The rental car is included for a minimum 4 nights
booking.
An incredible day trip on the weekend to our private island Grande Soeur (only one day per weekend on Saturday OR on Sunday, if the minimum number of participant (8 adults) is reached and according to weather & sea conditions).
Contribution of Eur 225.- (all taxes included) per person for boat transport, exclusivity of the island, landing service, service on the island and buffet with barbecue for lunch (soft drinks included).
We advise pregnant women to not take part to this trip.
Breakfast

Our Chateau (Continental) breakfast includes : fresh fruit
juices, Seychelles tea, organic bolivan coffee, organic
expresso, hot or cold chocolate, homemade danish (toasts,
croissants, pains au chocolat, brioches, fresh bread,...)
butter, pure and delicious Seychelles honey, homemade
jams and marmelades, fresh fruits salad, homemade
yoghurts, corn flakes, porridge, cheese (reblochon fermier, roquefort, chevre,...)
Supplement for eggs (boiled, poached, scramble, fried, omelette), ham, bacon, sausages, crepes and pancakes.
Half board package includes the sumptuous 4-course
discovery menu delight in the evening, excluding all
drinks.
We advise you to book your stay with half-board, because it is sometimes difficult to drive on the island after sunset and we have only 9 tables at our restaurant and we may not have availability to welcome you every night for dinner if you do not book your stay with half-board.
