Booking conditions

3 nights minimum length of stay all year-round (excluding peak season)

Check-in time: 12:00pm-7:00pm
Check-out time: 10:00am

Children older than of 7 years old only are welcome due to the idyllic location.

To confirm your reservation, it's very simple: a pre-payment of the stay must be paid by credit card (Mastercard, Visa or American Express), by bank transfer or by Relais & Châteaux gift e-certificates that you can buy online on https://www.relaischateaux.com/us/gift/certificates/gift-certificates

The balance of your booking, the Seychelles environmental tax of € 2.00 per night and per person and the extras consumed are to be settled at the hotel by credit card or in cash. Early departure (before 07h00) require check-out to be done on the eve.

For a less than 3 night booking, a prepayment equal to the total cost of the reservation is required at booking time.

We do not work with travel agencies and tour operators. Your reservation must imperatively be confirmed directly with the hotel.

The rooms displayed on the pictures of our brochure and website may differ from the ones that are booked and may not be identical to the room where you will be accommodated.

The following conditions apply during peak festive season ( December 23rd to January 15th)

- Mandatory minimum 7 nights stay.
- Additional cost of € 100.00 per night.
- Mandatory half board.

Cancellation policy

Cancellation fees :

• If the cancellation is announced in writing at least 3 months before the arrival date: Eur 500.— cancellation fees.
  
• If the cancellation is announced in writing less than 3 months before the arrival date: the amount of the pre-payment made at the moment of the booking is due.
  
• If the cancellation is announced in writing less than 1 month before the arrival date: the amount of the total of the booking is due.
  

In regards to unfortunate situation like a serious illness or death, please contact us directly with presentation of a certified document and we will review your request. In any case, the amount of one night will be charged

Any stay started is due automatically.

Any stay shortened due to bad weather or anything else is not taken into consideration.

We advise you to take out travel insurance if your credit card does not cover you in the event of a problem. It is a condition of travel that guests must have insurance cancellation/curtailment, medical expenses, default and baggage loss. Please note that Le Chateau de Feuilles cannot be held responsible for any costs incurred by any airline delays or cancellation.
